These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Bubbly Mop ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Services Description
We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/out cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Eco-friendly cleaning options
- Specialized cleaning services as agreed upon
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Booking and Payment
When you book our services:
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email or phone.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- Recurring Services: For recurring services, payment is due after each cleaning unless you have set up automatic payments.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in the currency displayed and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of your property.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure safe access to your property for our cleaning team
- Secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or items of personal importance before our arrival
- Provide necessary access codes, keys, or instructions for entry
- Notify us of any pets, allergies, or special considerations
- Ensure the property is in a safe condition for our team to work
- Be available or provide contact information for any questions during the service
Service Guarantee and Satisfaction
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:
- Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Re-cleaning: We will return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional charge.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 24 hours of service completion.
- Damage Claims: While we are fully insured, any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that should have been secured or removed prior to cleaning.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to your property.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
Insurance and Bonding
We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and all our team members are bonded. However, we recommend that you:
- Secure or remove valuable items before our arrival
- Maintain your own homeowner's or renter's insurance
- Report any concerns or issues immediately
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time:
- By Customer: You may cancel recurring services at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement.
- By Service Provider: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, property condition, or non-payment.
- Outstanding Payments: Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Notifying you via email for significant changes (if you are a recurring customer)
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
